As at the date of this announcement, the Directors confirm that (i) except for the above cumulative put option contracts that have not yet expired, the Group does not have any outstanding stock cumulative put option contractscrashcyberpunk;(ii) the Group has sufficient number of HKEX shares to fulfill cumulative put option contracts.
